Em 24 de fevereiro de 1998, há exatos 26 anos, a banda americana de Death Metal, Morbid Angel, lançava seu quinto full lenght, “Formulas Fatal to the Fleash”. A produção ficou por conta de Trey Azagthoth e Mark Prator.
Esse disco é o primeiro a contar com o vocalista/baixista Steve Tucker, que substituiu David Vincent, membro original do grupo.
